These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from our store. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
We sell trading cards, sealed products, accessories, and related collectibles. While our primary focus is Yu-Gi-Oh!, we may also stock products from other trading card games and collectible brands.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and condition grades are accurate. Where product images are stock photos rather than images of the actual item, this will be indicated. Card conditions are graded according to our published condition guide (NM, LP, MP, HP, DMG). We recommend reviewing the condition guide before purchasing.
All products sold are genuine and authentic. We are an independent reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card manufacturer.
All prices displayed on our website are the total price payable in GBP (£). As a sole trader operating below the VAT registration threshold, we are not VAT-registered and do not charge VAT. Prices shown are the final price — there is no additional tax at checkout.
We may also offer pricing in EUR (€) and USD ($) — where alternative currencies are displayed, the prices shown are converted from GBP and may differ slightly from live exchange rates. Your bank or payment provider may apply additional currency conversion fees for non-GBP transactions, which are outside our control.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. Prices do not include delivery charges, which are shown separately at checkout.
By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. An order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase and processed securely through our payment provider (Shopify Payments). We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

UK orders: We dispatch orders placed before 3pm on working days the same day. Standard delivery is via Royal Mail 48 Tracked. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed — we are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other carriers.
International orders: We ship internationally where available. Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only. The buyer is responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes that may apply in their country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing. If an international order has not arrived within 42 working days of dispatch, please contact us.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of delivery during which you may return items for a full refund, subject to the conditions below.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If you receive a product that is faulty or does not match its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a full refund including return shipping, or send a replacement — your choice.
If you believe a card's condition does not match its listed grade, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photographs showing the issue. We will review the evidence and, where appropriate, offer a partial refund, full refund, or replacement. Condition grading involves a degree of subjectivity — please refer to our condition guide for definitions of each grade.
We offer mystery packs as a free bonus with qualifying orders. Mystery packs contain randomised rewards — the specific contents are determined at random from a published pool of possible prizes, with odds disclosed on our Mystery Pack page.
All trading card brands, names, logos, and images are trademarks of their respective owners, including but not limited to: Yu-Gi-Oh! (Konami Holdings Corporation), Pokémon (The Pokémon Company / Nintendo), and Magic: The Gathering (Wizards of the Coast / Hasbro). Ethan's Cards is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any trading card manufacturer.
All card images and descriptions are used for product identification purposes only. The content, design, and code of our website are owned by Ethan's Cards and may not be reproduced without permission.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that order. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays, natural disasters, pandemics, or supply chain disruptions.
Our website and products are intended for users aged 16 and over. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you are under 16, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use our website and make purchases.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers who wish to resolve disputes online: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to and do not currently participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body, but we will always endeavour to resolve complaints directly with you.
