All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard, meaning every parcel comes with full tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
International orders: we ship internationally where available — rates and options for your country are shown at checkout. Delivery timeframes for international orders are estimates only, and the buyer is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. If an international order hasn't arrived within 42 working days of dispatch, please get in touch.
We take great care in packaging your cards. Every card is placed in a penny sleeve, then a toploader, and shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent any bending or damage during transit. High-value orders are bubble-wrapped for additional protection.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, just tell us within 14 days of delivery that you'd like to return your order — you then have a further 14 days to post it back to us for a full refund.
If you receive a card that doesn't match its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund including return shipping, or send a replacement - your choice. We pride ourselves on accurate descriptions and take any issues seriously.
