All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked as standard, meaning every parcel comes with full tracking so you can follow your order from dispatch to delivery.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday–Friday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 3pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
We take great care in packaging your cards. Every card is placed in a penny sleeve, then a toploader, and shipped in a rigid cardboard mailer to prevent any bending or damage during transit. High-value orders are bubble-wrapped for additional protection.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you're not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
If you receive a card that doesn't match its description, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund including return shipping, or send a replacement - your choice. We pride ourselves on accurate descriptions and take any issues seriously.
